Kerron Vaishnav known as a ‘vivid’ personality among his friends; is founder & National Secretary of DISHA International Foundation Trust, he’s been honored with ‘YouthPass’ which is a global recognition by the European Commission’s ‘Youth Work’ under Erasmus Plus program for working in ‘Youth’ development projects with more than 50 countries around the Globe, almost travelled more than 20 countries for business tour. Recently, he has been appointed as President of Etica daTerra, the Netherlands as the youngest to receive the honor. Etica da Terra is also active in Brazil and Portugal. Kerron Vaishnav is also the National President of Federation of International Innovation and Research for Entrepreneurship (FiiRE). He’s graduated from New Zealand Hotel Management College and worked in New Zealand on different Managerial positions for five years. During his tenure in New Zealand he got opportunity to work as an actor in Hollywood films as extras, New Zealand local TV commercials and TV shows. He is a certified Skill Development Trainer from American Institute, He successfully accomplished his English Language proficiency from Australian and UK university affiliated institute also he is a professional Yoga Trainer. He is a freelance trainer Youth Panel of CII i.e. Confederation of Indian Industries (Marathwada Chapter). He is invitee from different educational institutions and organizations to chair as a ‘Judge’ in youth competitions, chief guest and speaker in international conferences.

His NGO, DISHA International Foundation Trust is collaborating with nearly 55 countries partnering in Educational, Cultural and Youth Projects and also the organization has been certified by MTDC’s (Govt. of Maharashtra) under ‘Mahabhraman’ program. He is the recipient of “Social Transformer of Eminence Persona Award 2018” conferred by MIT ADT University, Pune. He led projects on youth employability partnering 13 countries from four continents of the world; clean India campaigns, “Jal Yukt Shivar” awareness in 29 villages of Aurangabad with volunteers from Canada helping Dept. of Agriculture and Office of collector in this project. His NGO receives many volunteers from across the globe to volunteer in Aurangabad and other districts in Maharashtra. The organization actively works with a number of educational institutes, industries and NGOs across the globe.
