AIMS:
1) Developing skills in:
Public Relations, Project Writing, Time Management, Communication Skills Participants will be practicing to write proposals, letters to local authorities and institutions, also: in local actions they will present their culture and challenges.
PROFILE of participants:
youth between 18-30 years old, working language: English, willing to develop skills for writing projects.
Would be nice if they are/your active youth leaders, that latter will contribute in your organization with project development, communication skills, Leadership skills etc

1) Developing skills in:

Digital Marketing skills: Participants will develop new digital skills: creating an application for mobile phone. They will translate the educational program in their language, and will test it before publishing.Take a part in information campaign for popularizing the program.
PROFILE of participants:
youth between 18-30 years old, working language: English, good communication and computer skills.

EXPECTING RESULTS:
- Collect information on the specificity of self-governance and bottlenecks in the non-state and self-governing organizations in Africa and Asia;
- Provide a training program to develop managerial and operational capacities that meet the needs of social activists working inside and outside Europe;
- Developed and deliver a mobile application F.I.R.E. (From Idea to Reality & Execution) and a guide to using it, with free access via Android mobile and on the Internet, on a specially created page;
- The training program will be available in several languages: English, Bulgarian, Swahili and Hindi;
- Create a climate to initiate and create public-private partnerships in European and non-European countries.
